Fall 2018: Introduction to Python and Turtle Graphics           

Fridays:  September 28, October 5, 12, 19, November 9, 16, 30, December 7, 14.

NO Club:  October 26, November 2, 23.

Location:  Room 13

Time:  2:25-3:45pm

Cost: Free

Registration opens Sept. 21 at 9am

Limited to the first 20 students from 5-6th grade to register




Prerequisites: 

  1. This session is limited to students in grade 5-6.
  2. It is best suited for students with strong math and keyboarding skills as well as some programming experience.

 


In this session of the Coding Club, we will introduce Python, a text-based programming language.  With the help of turtle graphics, we will cover many fundamental programming concepts while keeping coding visual and fun!
